Adult Program
Phalanx Family Services adult division provides employment readiness, vocational training, job placement, crisis prevention, and wrap-around supportive services to populations 24 years and older. Our goal for adults is to guide them into long-term employment, in high growth industries, with wages that support their families. Our crisis assistance help avert housing displacement, utility disconnection and provide funds for daily living needs.
